August 10th, 2026 Laser Bum will hit the shelves. I really enjoyed writing this book. Of all the books I’ve written, this one was enjoyable from almost every step in the process.

From conception, to fleshing out the story, editing, and then releasing Advanced Review Copies—this experience has been a happy one. I’ve enjoyed the silly marketing, the jokes shared with readers, the laughs created by this book has been one of the greatest experiences of my life. I love to laugh. It’s what gets me through the tough times.

I bet you’re wondering if this book is for you? The answer is truthfully, maybe. This book is a raunchy-comedy-romantasy. If you’re looking for dark romance, this isn’t it. If you’re looking for angsty, yearning through five-hundred pages, this isn’t your book. However, if you enjoy laughing, filthy writing, bonkers story-telling, and an endless well of hope, you might enjoy it.

Laser Bum is a novella. It’s short. Barely over 100 pages. I wanted to take you on a little journey into another world—one that’s fantastical and utterly bizarre.

Also, a promise to readers. I have not forgotten the Children of Asmodeus series, nor the book NOW. It’s coming. I’m working on it. Book 3 in CoA series is being rearranged and updated now. NOW is almost finished. It’s got a bit more to go. However, NOW will be getting a chop during editing because it’s longer than I intended so that’s an extra part, I hadn’t bargained for. Oscar and Ivy had a lot to say, things they didn’t get to in the book THEN. It’s taking longer than I expected to express their complex issues with life and each other.
